Product Description

The BJS G6 insulation box is made of high-performance vacuum insulated panels, easy to use and transport (can be loaded with ordinary goods in the general cargo truck for distribution), and it is reusable. With the phase change materials (PCM), the insulation duration can be up to 110 hours. Maximize the delivery capacity of ordinary trucks, and reduce the distribution costs. It is widely used in food and pharmaceutical cold chain logistics and transportation industry.

Structure

VIP Box is composed of vacuum insulation panel (VIP), which is made of core material, getter and the aluminum film.

BJS’s Revolution of Vacuum Insulation Box

1.This detachable insulated packaging box is mainly constituted by Vacuum insulation panel as core insulated layer with six pieces composite panel, the insulation box is inserted inside high strength and light plastic box and mutual extrusion to constitute a whole. The composite panel has high elastic resilience and the joint decrease the leakage because of elastic extrusion. The structure of composite panel is protection surface material (diverse and customized) + vacuum insulation panel + high elastic polyurethane.
